We want you to love your jewelry, but if you’re not completely satisfied, please review our policy below:
Returns & Exchanges
Item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase (copy of email confirmation letter).
Returns must be pre-approved for consideration of a refund or exchange. Items returned without prior approval may not be accepted, and you may be responsible for any associated shipping costs.

Please provide following information in your email:
- Your order number.
- Provide a reason for your return or exchange.
- Specify the number of products you wish to return.
- If you request an exchange, indicate the desired size.
Once we receive your email we will contact you back with the return instructions.
* Please note that we don’t accept online order returns at our store location. Please contact for shipping instructions.
Refunds
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).
Customer will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
Shipping
Customer will be responsible for the shipping costs when returning an item. Shipping costs are nonrefundable.
Additional Terms & Conditions
Damage claims must be made within 48 hours of receiving the item, with clear photos of the item and packaging. Claims made later may not be accepted.
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they are marked as delivered by the carrier. Please ensure your shipping address is correct and safe.
Slight variations in color, texture, or size may occur due to the handmade nature of some of our pieces and are not considered defects.
If the item was worn, used, resized, or altered in any way, it is not eligible for return or exchange.
International customers are responsible for customs duties, taxes, and import fees. Refused shipments due to unpaid duties will not be refunded.
If a returned item is not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error, we reserve the right to deny the return.
Gift cards and sale items (marked Final Sale) are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
Refunds will only be issued to the original payment method. We do not provide store credit for returns.
